Do you think that Stieg Larsson's character Lisbeth Salander gives Asperger's Syndrome a black eye?

I am speaking of the character's amorality and lesser than normal sense of respect for human life. She is basically written out as a sociopath with many positive and benevolent exploits under her belt who additionally has a high IQ. He incidentally then slips in the strong implications that she has Asperger's Syndrome and then writes in many distinguishing attributes of Asperger's Syndrome as details of her personality.

Do you think this encourages people with this syndrome to be seen as people who lack morality or moral compass, or at the least are incredibly self-centred? Or is this just an innocuous detail of fictional character's personality that bears no light on the real people with this syndrome?|||I don't think you should read too much into it.

This character has also been abused in many ways..that may have contributed to her behavior as well.
