Can anyone recommend a book?

I just got done reading the Stieg Larsson series (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and The Girl Who Played with Fire) and the Tana French books (The Likeness and In the Woods). I like the crime and mystery factor as well as the foreign setting but am afraid of most crime/mystery books because I don't want it to be cheesy. Any recommendations?

Also, if anyone knows of a website that matches books according to what you have already read, I would love to know! Thanks.|||I prefer these, even tho they are very short:

Sherlock Homes

Nancy Drew

Hardy Boys|||The sherlock holmes books are really good. Here is a selection of them...

"The Adventure of the Speckled Band"

"The Red-Headed League"

"The Adventure of the Dancing Men"

"The Adventure of the Final Problem"

"A Scandal in Bohemia"

"The Adventure of the Empty House"

"The Five Orange Pips"

"The Adventure of the Second Stain"

"The Adventure of the Devil's Foot"

"The Adventure of the Priory School"

"The Adventure of the Musgrave Ritual"

"The Adventure of the Reigate Squire"|||A lot of times when you enter a book title and go to a book's page on Amazon, you can scroll down and it will say 'You may also be interested in' and will show you a few books you can click on.|||You may enjoy Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. It has crime and mystery but it is a bit of a lengthy read. I'm sure if you get into it, you'll enjoy it; its a true classic.|||Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's series on Sherlock Holmes.

'The Testament' by John Grisham

'The Legacy' by Nevil Shute

'The Count of Monte Cristo' by A.Dumas|||Any book by Frederick Forsyth. Google it.|||there's lots of good John Grisham books that fit this category. And I promise none of them are cheesy
